As my plan for my news report and article was to get an interview with the health secretary, Matt Hancock, I emailed him to ask for his participance
This was the reply I received:
Although he is unable to take part, it has still been useful to me to write formal emails. I will now have to look at emailing other medical professionals for their participance in my interview.
From research I have identified that rack focusing is a common part in BBC Journalistic pieces - for example you can see this in following video at 3:30 - 3:32
Therefore I tested this out by hiring a Canon 700D and testing out rack focusing on pills - as my topic for my news report is on prescription drugs.
